Quatre membres du BAIS TNI face aux réquisitions dans l'affaire de l'attaque à l'acide

L'audience relative aux réquisitions pour quatre membres du BAIS TNI s'est tenue aujourd'hui devant le tribunal militaire II-08 de Jakarta.

Les quatre prévenus, le sergent de deuxième classe Edi Sudarko, le lieutenant de première classe Budhi Hariyanto Widhi, le capitaine Nandala Dwi Prasetyo et le lieutenant de première classe Sami Lakka, ont assisté à l'audience dont l'ordre du jour portait sur la lecture des réquisitions du procureur militaire.

La porte-parole du tribunal militaire II-08 de Jakarta, Endah Wulandari, a indiqué que l'audience a eu lieu le mercredi 20 mai 2026 et a appelé le public à suivre le processus judiciaire sans tenter d'influencer l'indépendance des juges.
