The demands hearing for four Denma BAIS TNI members was held today at the Military Court II-08 Jakarta.
The four defendants, Sergeant Two Edi Sudarko, Lieutenant One Budhi Hariyanto Widhi, Captain Nandala Dwi Prasetyo, and Lieutenant One Sami Lakka, attended the hearing with the agenda of reading demands from the military prosecutor.
Spokesperson of the Military Court II-08 Jakarta Endah Wulandari said the hearing took place on Wednesday 20 May 2026 and asked the public to monitor the legal process without influencing the judges' independence.
Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin stated the day before that the military court could impose a heavier sentence in the acid attack case against KontraS activist Andrie Yunus.
