Vier BAIS-TNI-Mitglieder erwarten Strafmaßforderungen im Säureattentat-Prozess

Die Anhörung zur Strafmaßforderung für vier Mitglieder der BAIS TNI fand heute vor dem Militärgericht II-08 in Jakarta statt.

Die vier Angeklagten, Unteroffizier Edi Sudarko, Oberleutnant Budhi Hariyanto Widhi, Hauptmann Nandala Dwi Prasetyo und Oberleutnant Sami Lakka, nahmen an der Anhörung teil, bei der die Forderungen des Militärstaatsanwalts verlesen wurden.

Die Sprecherin des Militärgerichts II-08 in Jakarta, Endah Wulandari, teilte mit, dass die Anhörung am Mittwoch, dem 20. Mai 2026, stattfand, und rief die Öffentlichkeit dazu auf, das Gerichtsverfahren zu verfolgen, ohne dabei die Unabhängigkeit der Richter zu beeinflussen.

Verteidigungsminister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin erklärte bereits am Vortag, dass das Militärgericht im Fall des Säureattentats auf den KontraS-Aktivisten Andrie Yunus ein härteres Strafmaß verhängen könne.
