Un candidat allemand discret, Herr Schwaiger, est actuellement considéré comme le favori pour conclure l'affaire. Les grands fonds immobiliers ne sont pas considérés comme les mieux placés. Les experts s'interrogent sur l'origine des fonds de l'entrepreneur pour cette méga-transaction. Récemment, Schwaiger a acquis plusieurs propriétés de prestige situées dans des emplacements privilégiés à Munich.
