Frankfurts Opernturm står over for salg til diskret iværksætter

Frankfurts Opernturm, en af byens mest markante kontorbygninger, er tæt på et potentielt salg. En tysk iværksætter kendt som Herr Schwaiger anses for at være favorit til at købe ejendommen. Handlen kan blive den største kontortransaktion i årevis.

Det 170 meter høje Opernturm har udsigt over Opernplatz ved siden af Alte Oper. Bygningen rummer 42 etager over jorden, en parkeringskælder med 580 pladser og 72.500 kvadratmeter udlejningsareal. En diskret tysk køber, Herr Schwaiger, ses i øjeblikket som favorit til handlen. Store ejendomsfonde betragtes ikke som de førende budgivere. Eksperter stiller spørgsmålstegn ved kilden til iværksætterens midler til denne megahandel. Schwaiger har for nylig opkøbt flere prestigeejendomme på attraktive adresser i München.
