Les agriculteurs français s’inquiètent pour la récolte 2027 face à la hausse des engrais

Les achats d’engrais azotés pour 2026 sont couverts à 90 %, mais la hausse des prix due à la fermeture du détroit d’Ormuz inquiète les professionnels pour la campagne suivante.

La haute saison agricole n’a pas encore commencé en France, mais les regards se tournent déjà vers les semis de 2027. Les achats d’engrais azotés pour l’année en cours sont largement couverts grâce aux commandes passées à l’automne et en hiver.

Les achats pour la prochaine campagne débutent le mois prochain. La fermeture du détroit d’Ormuz, consécutive à l’offensive israélo-américaine en Iran fin février, a fait grimper les prix. Selon Argus Media, le prix de l’urée est passé de 500 à 735 euros la tonne, soit une hausse de 47 %.

La solution azotée a augmenté de 22 %, passant de 330 à 440 euros la tonne. Les agriculteurs redoutent un « accident industriel » si les coûts continuent de monter.
