L'IIT-Roorkee clarifie le processus d'admission pour les étudiants n'atteignant pas les notes requises

L'Indian Institute of Technology-Roorkee a annoncé le 5 juin que les candidats n'atteignant pas le seuil de notes requis pour la classe de 12e peuvent participer au conseil JoSAA et recevoir une affectation de place basée sur leur classement au JEE.

L'institut a déclaré que les étudiants ayant moins de 75 % de notes dans les catégories général, OBC-NCL ou GEN-EWS, ou moins de 65 % pour les catégories SC, ST ou PwD, restent éligibles pour formuler leurs choix dès maintenant. Les places seront attribuées en fonction du classement. Les candidats doivent soumettre un relevé de notes révisé répondant aux critères avant le 15 juillet à l'adresse orgjee@iitr.ac.in. L'admission sera ensuite confirmée pour la place attribuée après le quatrième tour. Le Joint Admission Board, présidé par le directeur de l'IIT-Roorkee, Kamal Kishore Pant, a confirmé qu'il n'y aurait aucun assouplissement de la règle des notes pour le JEE Advanced 2026. Le conseil a noté que 36 conseils scolaires participent au processus.
