Isis Valverde conclut un accord à 30 000 R$ dans le cadre d'un litige prud'homal

L'actrice Isis Valverde a conclu un accord à hauteur de 30 000 R$ avec son ancienne cuisinière dans le cadre d'une affaire portée devant le tribunal du travail de Rio de Janeiro. La somme, versée en six échéances, a permis de clore le dossier sans condamnation.

L'accord a été conclu le 25 novembre 2025 auprès du 23e tribunal du travail de Rio de Janeiro. L'ancienne employée, Márcia Raimunda, alléguait des journées de travail de 12 heures et une multiplicité de tâches entre 2014 et 2021, réclamant initialement environ 400 000 R$.

La défense de l'actrice Isis Valverde, dirigée par l'avocat Ricardo Brajterman, a déclaré qu'Isis avait offert une maison à l'employée et financé une formation en gastronomie. M. Brajterman a ajouté que les allégations concernant les longues journées de travail étaient invraisemblables, l'actrice ayant passé de longues périodes en dehors de Rio de Janeiro.

L'affaire s'est terminée sans décision judiciaire sur le fond des accusations. Au moment de la publication, Márcia n'avait pas répondu aux demandes de commentaires.
