Kassio Nunes Marques désigné rapporteur de la révision pénale de Bolsonaro au STF

Le ministre Kassio Nunes Marques a été tiré au sort lundi (11) comme rapporteur de la demande de révision pénale déposée par la défense de Jair Bolsonaro devant la Cour suprême fédérale. La procédure vise à annuler la condamnation de l'ancien président pour tentative de coup d'État.

Le tirage au sort était limité aux ministres de la deuxième chambre du STF, étant donné que Luiz Fux avait pris part au jugement initial au sein de la première chambre. Kassio Nunes Marques, nommé par Bolsonaro, ne devrait examiner le dossier qu'après avoir pris ses fonctions à la présidence du TSE mardi (12).La défense a déposé la requête vendredi (8), invoquant la réparation d'une erreur judiciaire. Les avocats Marcelo Bessa et Thiago Lôbo Fleury ont demandé que le rapporteur soit choisi uniquement parmi les membres de la deuxième chambre afin d'éviter Alexandre de Moraes.La première étape consistera à demander un avis au Bureau du procureur général. Un avocat allié de Bolsonaro estime que la procédure prendra un à deux ans.
