Police investigated a serious crime earlier in May that occurred in Paradisparken on Tjärna ängar. The man was arrested in his absence earlier this week and located a few days later.
According to the detention request submitted to Falu district court he is suspected on probable cause of rape. The offence is said to have taken place on the weekend of 9 May.
