Marcos et Poutine vont explorer leurs intérêts mutuels à Kazan

Le président Marcos et le président russe Vladimir Poutine se rencontreront cette semaine à Kazan afin d'explorer les moyens de renforcer la coopération dans des domaines d'intérêt commun, a déclaré le ministère des Affaires étrangères.

Cette rencontre marquera la première visite de Marcos en Russie en tant que président. Il coprésidera le sommet commémoratif ASEAN-Russie prévu les 17 et 18 juin.

Le sommet commémore 35 années de relations de dialogue et 50 années de liens diplomatiques entre les Philippines et la Russie. Les discussions porteront sur la sécurité alimentaire, la sécurité énergétique et l'impact de la crise au Moyen-Orient.

Marcos sera accompagné de la Première dame Liza Marcos et de la secrétaire aux Affaires étrangères Maria Theresa Lazaro. Le sommet devrait adopter la Déclaration de Kazan 2026 et le Plan d'action global ASEAN-Russie 2026-2030.
