Le ministère des Mines et de l'Énergie a annoncé la réactivation de Puerto Voluntad à compter du 1er juillet afin d'accroître la capacité logistique du pays.

Le ministère des Mines et de l'Énergie a annoncé la réactivation de l'ancienne infrastructure portuaire d'Impala sous la nouvelle entité Puerto Voluntad. Cette mesure vise à consolider le site en tant que principal pôle multimodal d'énergie et de logistique de la Colombie. La réactivation débutera le 1er juillet et permettra de récupérer environ 50 hectares d'infrastructures, plus de 1 200 mètres de quais et une capacité de stockage de 850 000 barils.
