Marvin Atkins et Ann Marie Clayton ont été condamnés à des peines de prison cette semaine après avoir plaidé coupables d'homicide involontaire dans l'affaire du meurtre de Norman Duncan, survenu en 2025 à Cleveland.

Atkins et Clayton, tous deux âgés de 36 ans, ont été condamnés le 20 mai suite à un plaidoyer de culpabilité déposé le 14 mai. Atkins a écopé d'une peine de 15 à 20 ans et demi de prison, tandis que Clayton a été condamnée à trois ans. Le couple avait agressé Duncan après qu'une bagarre eut éclaté entre leur fils et le garçon de 12 ans de Duncan le 14 avril 2025.
