Le Pacto Histórico prévoit d'accroître sa représentation au conseil municipal de Cali, passant de trois à cinq ou six sièges lors des élections locales de 2027, sur la base des projections issues de ses récents gains électoraux.

En 2023, le Pacto Histórico a obtenu plus de 83 000 voix à Cali, triplant les résultats de la gauche de 2019 et remportant trois sièges occupés par María del Carmen Londoño, Luis Fernando Salazar et Sergio Mauricio Zamora.

La croissance s'est accélérée lors des élections législatives. La coalition est passée de 215 000 voix à Cali en 2022 à 320 000 en 2026, soit une augmentation de 49 pour cent.

Le conseiller municipal Luis Fernando Salazar a fixé un objectif ambitieux : « Vamos a duplicar esas curules, o sea vamos a pasar de tres a seis curules en el Concejo ». Des projections plus conservatrices indiquent que la liste pourrait dépasser les 120 000 voix et obtenir cinq sièges.
