Petro annonce que les contrats d'Ecopetrol ne seront pas prolongés

Le président Gustavo Petro a déclaré lors d'un conseil des ministres que les contrats d'Ecopetrol arrivant à échéance ne seront pas prolongés mais feront l'objet de processus concurrentiels. Il a précisé que le conseil d'administration de l'entreprise doit superviser le respect de cette directive.

Lors d'un conseil des ministres le 14 avril, le président Gustavo Petro a abordé l'expiration de plusieurs contrats chez Ecopetrol, la compagnie pétrolière d'État colombienne. Le président a déclaré que ces contrats, qui arrivent bientôt à terme, ne bénéficieront d'aucune prolongation et devront faire l'objet de nouveaux processus d'attribution concurrentiels.

Petro a souligné : « los contratos de Ecopetrol que van a terminar no se prorrogan, pasan a procesos competitivos ». Il a noté que cela inclut les systèmes de sous-traitance du travail et les intermédiaires, faisant référence à « 20 millions de contrats » prenant fin cette semaine, qui étaient en vigueur depuis des années sous divers acteurs.

Le président a également informé le procureur général des mouvements financiers de certains cadres de l'entreprise, anticipant des examens appropriés. Il a insisté sur la nécessité de mettre fin aux prolongations automatiques afin de réformer l'attribution des contrats chez Ecopetrol.

Le conseil d'administration supervisera le respect de cette directive, comme l'a affirmé Petro.
