Détention provisoire pour un suspect dans une affaire d'homicide à Quilpué en 2025

Le tribunal de garantie de Quilpué a ordonné la détention provisoire du meurtrier présumé d'un homicide survenu en novembre 2025 dans cette commune. Cette mesure fait suite à sa mise en examen par le parquet régional de Valparaíso. Un délai de quatre-vingt-dix jours a été fixé pour l'enquête.

À la suite d'une enquête menée par l'équipe contre le crime organisé et les homicides (ECOH) du parquet régional de Valparaíso, le suspect a été interpellé et inculpé pour le meurtre à l'arme blanche commis à Quilpué en novembre 2025. L'individu faisait l'objet d'un mandat d'arrêt en cours. La mise en examen a eu lieu mercredi dernier, comme l'a expliqué le procureur Juan Carlos Catalán de l'ECOH Valparaíso. Le tribunal de garantie de Quilpué a ordonné la détention provisoire et fixé un délai de 90 jours pour les besoins de l'enquête. Quilpué est située dans la région de Valparaíso. Cette affaire s'inscrit dans le cadre des efforts du ministère public pour résoudre les homicides dans la région.
