Prisão preventiva para suspeito de homicídio em 2025 em Quilpué

O Tribunal de Garantia de Quilpué decretou a prisão preventiva do suposto autor de um homicídio ocorrido em novembro de 2025 na comuna. A medida seguiu sua formalização pela Procuradoria Regional de Valparaíso. Foi estabelecido um prazo de noventa dias para a investigação.

Após uma investigação da Equipe contra o Crime Organizado e Homicídios (ECOH) da Procuradoria Regional de Valparaíso, o suspeito foi detido e acusado pelo homicídio por esfaqueamento em Quilpué, ocorrido em novembro de 2025. O indivíduo possuía um mandado de prisão em aberto. A formalização ocorreu na última quarta-feira, conforme explicou o procurador Juan Carlos Catalán, da ECOH Valparaíso. O Tribunal de Garantia de Quilpué determinou a prisão preventiva e fixou um prazo de 90 dias para a investigação. Quilpué está localizada na Região de Valparaíso. Este caso faz parte dos esforços da procuradoria para solucionar homicídios na área.
