Untersuchungshaft für Tatverdächtigen nach Tötungsdelikt 2025 in Quilpué

Das Garantietribunal von Quilpué hat Untersuchungshaft für den mutmaßlichen Täter eines Tötungsdelikts angeordnet, das sich im November 2025 in der Kommune ereignete. Die Maßnahme erfolgte nach der formellen Anklageerhebung durch die Regionalstaatsanwaltschaft Valparaíso. Für die Ermittlungen wurde eine Frist von 90 Tagen festgesetzt.

Nach Ermittlungen des Teams für organisierte Kriminalität und Tötungsdelikte (ECOH) der Regionalstaatsanwaltschaft Valparaíso wurde der Tatverdächtige festgenommen und wegen des im November 2025 in Quilpué verübten Messerangriffs mit Todesfolge angeklagt. Gegen die Person lag ein offener Haftbefehl vor.

Die formelle Anklageerhebung fand am vergangenen Mittwoch statt, wie Staatsanwalt Juan Carlos Catalán vom ECOH Valparaíso erläuterte. Das Garantietribunal von Quilpué ordnete die Untersuchungshaft an und setzte für die Ermittlungen einen Zeitraum von 90 Tagen fest.

Quilpué liegt in der Region Valparaíso. Dieser Fall ist Teil der Bemühungen der Staatsanwaltschaft, Tötungsdelikte in der Region aufzuklären.
