Le Sebi s'apprête à introduire des ETF obligataires et des produits dérivés

Le Securities and Exchange Board of India prévoit de lancer des fonds négociés en bourse (ETF) obligataires et des produits dérivés visant à renforcer le marché de la dette d'entreprise.

Le régulateur réexaminera également les exigences de cotation pour les entreprises qui émettent uniquement des titres de créance. Il étudie un projet pilote de tokenisation des obligations d'entreprise, dans le but d'améliorer la liquidité et d'élargir l'accès aux investisseurs.
