Deux chevaux retenus lors de l'inspection vétérinaire du Badminton Horse Trials

Deux chevaux ont fait l'objet d'un examen approfondi lors de la présentation initiale des Mars Badminton Horse Trials le 6 mai, mais les deux ont finalement été validés après une seconde présentation. Les 61 concurrents sont donc tous qualifiés pour l'épreuve de dressage. L'événement marque le début de la compétition cinq étoiles dans le Gloucestershire.

Quindiva, montée par Alex Bragg et appartenant à la famille Roe, qui avait terminé troisième à Badminton en 2024, a été le premier cheval envoyé dans la zone de détention par le jury de terrain. Elle est revenue cinq chevaux plus tard et a reçu l'autorisation de concourir. Le Belge Wouter De Cleene a également vu son cheval Quintera retenu ; la jument de 14 ans a été validée lors de la réinspection après ses débuts dans l'événement en 2025.
