L'indice de valeur immobilière de Zillow enregistre un deuxième mois de baisse consécutif

Les valeurs immobilières aux États-Unis ont reculé pour un deuxième mois consécutif en juin, selon le dernier indice de valeur immobilière de Zillow.

Le ZHVI s'est établi à 372 995 dollars en juin. Cela représente une baisse de 0,07 pour cent par rapport à mai et une hausse de 0,84 pour cent par rapport au même mois l'année précédente. Après ajustement en fonction de l'inflation, l'indice a reculé de 0,31 pour cent d'un mois à l'autre et de 2,34 pour cent sur un an. Les valeurs immobilières réelles se situent désormais 13,84 pour cent en dessous de leur pic atteint en juillet 2022. Le rapport a été publié par Seeking Alpha le 17 juillet et rédigé par Jennifer Nash. Il note que les valeurs ajustées à l'inflation ont atteint un plus bas depuis cinq ans.
