Zillow Home Value Index sjunker för andra månaden i rad

Bostadsvärdena i USA föll för andra månaden i följd i juni, enligt det senaste Zillow Home Value Index.

ZHVI låg på 372 995 dollar i juni. Detta innebar en nedgång på 0,07 procent från maj och en ökning på 0,84 procent jämfört med samma månad året innan.

Efter inflationsjustering sjönk indexet med 0,31 procent jämfört med föregående månad och med 2,34 procent på årsbasis. De reala bostadsvärdena ligger nu 13,84 procent under toppen som nåddes i juli 2022.
