Pada Rabu, 18 Maret 2026, di Pasar Tomang Barat, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat, harga daging sapi menyentuh Rp 160 ribu per kilogram pada H-3 Lebaran. Ini naik dari harga sebelumnya Rp 140 ribu hingga Rp 150 ribu per kilogram, menurut pedagang Adi (37). Kenaikan ini telah berlangsung sejak H-7 Lebaran, dan kini hampir semua potongan daging, seperti paha dan sengkel, dijual dengan harga seragam Rp 160 ribu per kilogram. > “Untuk saat ini harga daging menyentuh di angka Rp160 ribu per kilogram. Itu sudah sejak H-7 Lebaran,” ujar Adi. Adi mencatat penurunan jumlah pembeli dibanding Lebaran tahun lalu, kemungkinan karena harga yang lebih tinggi. Pada Lebaran sebelumnya, harga berada di Rp 150 ribu per kilogram, yang dianggap lebih terjangkau dan menarik lebih banyak pembeli. Biasanya, Adi menjual sekitar 150 kilogram daging per hari, tapi tahun ini pembeli lebih sedikit. Pasokan daging tetap aman dari Rumah Potong Hewan (RPH) Cakung yang dikelola Perumda Dharma Jaya milik Pemprov DKI Jakarta. Adi memperkirakan lonjakan pembeli pada H-2 hingga H-1 Lebaran, meskipun tidak se ramai tahun-tahun sebelumnya. > “Kalau dibanding tahun lalu, pembeli sedikit menurun. Mungkin karena harga sekarang cukup tinggi,” jelasnya.
