L'Alta corte catalana apre un procedimento contro un deputato di ERC per contratti fraudolenti ad Altafulla

Il Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Catalunya ha aperto un procedimento per prevaricazione contro il deputato di ERC Joan Ignasi Elena e l'ex leader di ICV Joan Herrera in merito a irregolarità nei contratti assegnati dal municipio di Altafulla.

Il TSJC ha accolto il caso trasmesso dal tribunale di El Vendrell contro Elena, ex consigliere agli interni, e Herrera in relazione al presunto uso fraudolento di contratti minori assegnati alla loro società Sinergia E.D.M. Secondo la decisione giudiziaria, i politici indagati avrebbero concordato proroghe di un contratto di consulenza senza avviso pubblico, gara d'appalto o relazioni richieste, a proprio vantaggio e in violazione delle norme sugli appalti pubblici. L'accusa ha sostenuto l'apertura del caso. La stessa corte aveva già trasmesso alla Corte Suprema l'indagine sull'ex sindaco di Altafulla Félix Alonso, ora deputato dei Comuns al Congresso.
