El TSJC imputa a un diputado de ERC por contratos fraudulentos en Altafulla

El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Catalunya ha abierto una causa por prevaricación contra el diputado de ERC Joan Ignasi Elena y el exlíder de ICV Joan Herrera por irregularidades en contratos del Ayuntamiento de Altafulla.

El TSJC ha aceptado la causa derivada por el juzgado de El Vendrell contra Elena, exconseller de Interior, y Herrera por el uso presuntamente fraudulento de contratos menores adjudicados a su despacho Sinergia E.D.M.

Según el auto judicial, los investigados habrían concertado prórrogas de un contrato de asesoramiento sin publicidad, licitación ni informes preceptivos, en beneficio propio y en contra de los principios de contratación pública.

La Fiscalía respaldó la apertura de la causa. El mismo juzgado ya derivó al Tribunal Supremo la investigación contra el exalcalde de Altafulla Félix Alonso, actual diputado de los Comuns.
