Tribunal admite querella de Hassler contra Desbordes por denuncia calumniosa

El Séptimo Juzgado de Garantía de Santiago declaró admisible la acción penal presentada por la exalcaldesa Irací Hassler contra el alcalde Mario Desbordes. La querella acusa al edil de denuncia calumniosa en el marco del caso Sierra Bella.

Este miércoles el tribunal aceptó la querella ingresada por la diputada Hassler, representada por el abogado Miguel Schürmann. El juez Patricio Álvarez ordenó remitir los antecedentes al Ministerio Público para su investigación.

La acción se presentó tras la querella por fraude al Fisco que la Municipalidad de Santiago interpuso la semana pasada contra Hassler, quien ya había sido sobreseída en el caso. Hassler anunció la medida el lunes y señaló que Desbordes busca manipular la justicia con fines políticos.

En el escrito se detalla que Desbordes asumió el cargo en diciembre de 2024 y desde entonces ha impulsado acciones judiciales contra la exalcaldesa, incluyendo cuestionamientos a la compra de un inmueble en enero de 2023. El municipio ha alegado un sobreprecio según un sumario de la Contraloría.
