La fiscalía pide retirar un delito del juicio a david sánchez

La audiencia provincial de badajoz inició hoy el juicio contra david sánchez perez-castejón y otros diez acusados por prevaricación y tráfico de influencias en la contratación de 2017.

La fiscalía se opuso a la nulidad de la causa pero apoyó la prescripción del delito de aceptación de nombramiento ilegal atribuido a david sánchez. También respaldó excluir a miguel ángel gallardo de responder por el nombramiento de un asesor.

La defensa de sánchez alegó una investigación prospectiva basada en recortes de prensa y solicitó la nulidad por vulneración de derechos. El tribunal rechazó la recusación de sus miembros y resolverá las peticiones previas el lunes.

El juicio continuará con el interrogatorio de 42 testigos y se prolongará al menos hasta los días 9 y 10 de junio. David sánchez accedió al edificio por la puerta trasera para evitar a los medios.
