Tribunal superior catalão abre processo contra deputado da ERC por contratos fraudulentos em Altafulla

O Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Catalunya abriu um processo por prevaricação contra o deputado da ERC Joan Ignasi Elena e o ex-líder do ICV Joan Herrera por irregularidades em contratos concedidos pela prefeitura de Altafulla.

O TSJC aceitou o caso encaminhado pelo tribunal de El Vendrell contra Elena, ex-ministro do Interior, e Herrera pelo suposto uso fraudulento de contratos menores concedidos à empresa deles, a Sinergia E.D.M. De acordo com a decisão judicial, os políticos investigados teriam articulado prorrogações de um contrato de consultoria sem aviso público, licitação ou relatórios exigidos, para benefício próprio e em desacordo com as regras de contratação pública. A promotoria apoiou a abertura do processo. O mesmo tribunal já havia encaminhado a investigação do ex-prefeito de Altafulla, Félix Alonso, agora deputado do Comuns no Congresso, ao Supremo Tribunal.
