Civil Service Commission reports over 3300 services at 37 One-Stop Centers

Civil Service Commissioner Mekuria Haile reported that 37 Mesob One-Stop Centers launched by federal and regional governments are delivering more than 3,300 services to citizens.

The House of People's Representatives Standing Committee on Human Resource Development, Employment and Technology Affairs reviewed the Civil Service Commission's 2018 budget year plan performance report.

Mekuria Haile stated that work is underway to expand Mesob Centers to make technology-assisted services accessible and that a professional and job industry classification document has been prepared and put into implementation.

Standing Committee Chair Negeri Lencho said the initiatives are promising because they enable citizens to obtain services without wasting time, effort or resources and should continue with greater strength.
