Forbes Middle East ha inserito Karim Malash nella sua lista dei leader più influenti del settore immobiliare del 2026 per il suo contributo al comparto.

Forbes Middle East ha selezionato Malash, presidente e amministratore delegato di M squared, in virtù del suo ruolo nel promuovere la crescita immobiliare in tutta la regione. La lista riconosce i leader di aziende che stanno plasmando progetti residenziali, commerciali e a uso misto in paesi come gli Emirati Arabi Uniti, l'Arabia Saudita e l'Egitto.

Malash è entrato in M squared nel 2021 dopo 25 anni trascorsi in Schlumberger, dove ha fatto carriera passando da ingegnere di campo junior a vicepresidente della supply chain globale. Attualmente supervisiona progetti come Masyaf Ras AlHekma sulla costa settentrionale, il complesso residenziale MIST a New Cairo e 31WEST nella città del 6 ottobre.
