La presidente Claudia Sheinbaum ha indicato che alcuni stati potrebbero concludere l'anno scolastico prima del 15 luglio, qualora decidessero di farlo a causa della Coppa del Mondo 2026 o delle alte temperature.

Il segretario alla Pubblica Istruzione Mario Delgado ha annunciato che tutti i 32 enti hanno concordato di mantenere il calendario scolastico e di terminare le lezioni il 15 luglio per il ciclo 2025-2026.

Sheinbaum ha chiarito che verrà concessa un'eccezione per gli stati che sceglieranno di anticipare la data. La presidente ha precisato che la misura si applicherebbe solo in casi specifici.

“In ogni caso, se alcuni degli enti, a causa delle alte temperature o della questione della Coppa del Mondo, volessero anticipare la data di chiusura, ci potrebbe essere questa opportunità, ma come eccezione per alcuni enti”, ha commentato la presidente.
