The United Nations says its investigation into the March 2026 attacks killing three Indonesian peacekeepers with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) is nearing completion amid calls for accountability. UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric stated on April 1 that despite challenges in de-escalating tensions, experts are analyzing physical evidence and consulting parties, with results expected soon.
