Bleon Kurtulus, who started in place of knee-injured Pontus Jansson, was forced off after just 15 minutes with a concussion. MFF fears the nose is also broken.
Coach Miguel Angel Ramirez said: “We do not yet know if there are any internal injuries.” Kurtulus was replaced by Andrej Djuric in the 20th minute.
The starting lineup was Johan Dahlin – Jens Stryger, Bleon Kurtulus (20), Colin Rösler, Gabriel Busanello – Taha Ali (78), Otto Rosengren, Theodor Lundbergh (46), Oscar Sjöstrand (68) – Sead Haksabanovic (78), Erik Botheim.
