OpenAIは7月9日、新しい「ChatGPT-5.6」モデルファミリーと、エージェント機能である「ChatGPT Work」を公開しました。これらのツールは、ユーザーの最小限の操作でアプリやファイルをまたいだ複雑なタスクを処理することを目的としています。

今回リリースされたモデルは、高度な推論とコーディングを行う「Sol」、日常利用向けの「Terra」、コスト効率を重視した「Luna」の3種類です。ChatGPT-5.6はChatGPT、Codex、OpenAI APIで利用可能となっており、24時間以内に世界中で順次展開される見込みです。

ChatGPT Workは、Slack、Microsoft Teams、Google Drive、SharePointなどのツールと連携するエージェントとして機能します。自律的に実行されるタスクのスケジュール設定に対応しているほか、内蔵ブラウザを通じてデスクトップファイルへのアクセスも可能です。

OpenAIはCodexをChatGPT Workに統合する一方、個別のビューも引き続き提供します。また、同社は8月9日をもってブラウザ「Atlas」の提供を終了する予定です。

ChatGPT Workの利用料金はCodexの価格体系に準拠しており、最大で月額100ドルのプランが用意されています。法人ユーザーは、この新しいエージェントに対して利用上限額を設定することができます。
