Bancolombia carries out scheduled maintenance on its platforms

Bancolombia reported that on Sunday, July 26, 2026, it carried out scheduled maintenance on its digital platforms until 2:00 p.m.

The Colombian entity stated that during the maintenance period some services such as card payments, ATM withdrawals, money reception and remittances could experience interruptions.

Users were able to continue making transfers between Bancolombia and Nequi accounts, check balances and movements, and use Bre-B keys and QR codes through the Mi Bancolombia app.

Bancolombia indicated that the affected functionalities would resume once the technical work was completed and recommended contacting customer service channels in case of additional issues.
