The shipment includes 250,000 doses of canine rabies vaccine and 100,000 doses against yellow fever. Medicines donated by the Eurofarma laboratory and 17 volumes of laboratory equipment were also sent to the Brazilian Navy's Field Hospital in La Guaira.

The Brazilian government stated that the doses do not compromise national stocks. The June 24 earthquakes killed 2,954 people and injured 16,592, according to official tallies.
