Hawaii man sentenced to seven years for road rage assault

A 39-year-old man has been sentenced to seven years in prison for a road rage attack on a mother and her teenage daughter in Honolulu. Nathaniel Radimak pleaded no contest to unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and two counts of third-degree assault.

The sentencing occurred this week in the First Circuit Court in Honolulu. Radimak received credit for roughly one year already served. The incident took place on May 7, 2025, on Halekauwila Street, when a Tesla driven by Radimak nearly struck the pair during a parallel parking lesson. The daughter yelled for the driver to slow down, prompting him to turn around and confront them.
