During a raid at the home of Sebastián Daniel Bonafe, authorities found a manuscript. In it, the accused admitted he had thought about committing the crime and provided details of his escape plan.
The letter includes the phrase “Era matarme o matarla”. Bonafe was detained and faces charges for the femicide of Mercedes Errapan.
Prior to the incident, Bonafe was already under investigation by the justice system for reports of violence and harassment.
