Goals came from Allano Lima's penalty, an own goal by Putu Gede, and Jordi Amat's strike. The win propelled Persija to third place in the standings with 32 points.
The match drew thousands of Jakmania fans filling the GBK Stadium. Persija took control from the start, though Bhayangkara packed their defense in the first half. The first goal came in the 45+5th minute after a foul on Eksel Runtukahu in the penalty area. Allano Lima converted the penalty with a left-footed shot to the left side of the goal, giving Persija a 1-0 lead.
