Oaxaca's State Coordination of Civil Protection and Risk Management (CEPCyGR) warned of rains in various state regions, accompanied by a notable drop in temperatures in areas such as the Mixteca, Sierra de Juárez, Sierra Sur, Sierra de Flores Magón, and Central Valleys. Temperatures are expected to approach zero degrees Celsius at elevations above 1,800 meters, with possible frost formation.
