Purwakarta Regent Saepul Bahri Binzein admitted to making a mistake during questioning at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Home Affairs. He expressed regret and promised not to repeat the action while apologizing to all parties.
The examination team posed around 60 questions focused on the song's creation process and its dissemination. The session ran from 09:00 to 17:00 WIB on Friday, July 3, 2026.
Earlier Om Zein issued an apology via Instagram. He stated that the song lyrics recount his own life journey and thanked the public for their attention as a form of affection.
Atalia Praratya assessed that the lyrics showed no respect toward women and touched on Sundanese cultural values. The ministry will compile a clarification report with sanction recommendations for the Minister of Home Affairs.
