Rose-Marie får ny sjanse til leilighet i Borlänge

Rose-Marie Pettersson har blitt lovet en ny leilighet gjennom prosjektet Bostad först i Borlänge. Hun ble kastet ut fra sitt forrige hjem for to år siden, men får nå en ny sjanse.

24 hjemløse personer i Borlänge har fått leilighet via Bostad först. Prosjektet startet i 2024 og har ingen krav om edruelighet eller utredning for å kvalifisere seg. Rose-Marie Pettersson har rusproblemer og psykiatriske diagnoser. Hun sier: «Bostad först har betydd alt for meg. De så meg som et menneske, ikke som en rusmisbruker.» Kravene er å følge leieloven, betale leie i tide og møte teamet ukentlig. 90 prosent av dem som fikk bolig i 2025 bor der fortsatt. Matilda Andersson fra teamet opplyser at andre kommuner kontakter Borlänge for å lære av arbeidsmetoden.
