Moderaterna foreslår enklere omgjøring av utleieboliger til selveierboliger

Moderaterna la frem et forslag under Järvaveckan om å gi leietakere større mulighet til å kjøpe sine kommunale boliger.

Bistands- og utenrikshandelsminister Benjamin Dousa (M) beskrev forslaget som "en selveierbevegelse for forstedene" under sin tale i Spånga nordvest i Stockholm.

– Innbyggere i forstedene som i dag bor i kommunale utleieboliger, bør få en utvidet mulighet til å kjøpe sin bolig. Vi ønsker å gi flere mennesker sjansen til å eie sin egen bolig, føle ansvar, frihet og trygghet, sier Dousa.

Forslaget, som kalles "rett til å kjøpe", innebærer at minst to tredjedeler av leietakerne kan stemme for å kjøpe eiendommen. Kommunale utleiere vil da bli tvunget til å selge, i motsetning til dagens krav om godkjenning fra utleier.
