Moderaterne foreslår lettere konvertering af lejeboliger

Moderaterne præsenterede under Järvaveckan et forslag om at give lejere større mulighed for at købe deres kommunale boliger.

Bistands- og udenrigshandelsminister Benjamin Dousa (M) beskrev forslaget som en "selvejerbevægelse for forstæderne" under sin tale i Spånga i det nordvestlige Stockholm.

– Forstadsbeboere, der i dag bor i kommunale almene boliger, bør have en udvidet mulighed for at købe deres hjem. Vi ønsker at give flere mennesker chancen for at eje deres bolig, føle ansvar, frihed og tryghed, siger Dousa.

Forslaget, som kaldes "ret til køb", betyder, at mindst to tredjedele af lejerne kan stemme for at købe ejendommen. Kommunale udlejere ville derefter blive tvunget til at sælge, i modsætning til det nuværende krav om udlejers godkendelse.
