Balança turística da Argentina registra déficit em março

O Instituto Nacional de Estatísticas e Censos (INDEC) informou que, em março de 2026, a balança turística apresentou um saldo negativo de 552.000 turistas. Entraram 509.600 visitantes estrangeiros, um aumento de 6,3% em relação ao ano anterior, enquanto 1,06 milhão de residentes argentinos saíram do país, uma queda de 19,9%. O saldo negativo global alcançou 704.800 visitantes internacionais.

O INDEC detalhou que 52,6% dos turistas não residentes chegaram por via aérea, 34% por via terrestre e 13,3% por rotas fluviais ou marítimas. As principais origens foram Europa, Estados Unidos e Canadá (21,3%) e Brasil (15%). O principal motivo para 56,7% foi férias ou lazer, seguido por visitas a familiares ou amigos (27,1%).

Para os argentinos, 77% das viagens ao exterior tiveram como destino países vizinhos: Brasil (38,2%), Uruguai (13,9%) e Chile (13,5%). 49,7% saíram de avião, 41% por via terrestre e 9,3% por via fluvial ou marítima. 77,6% viajaram a lazer e 10,4% para visitar familiares.

O total de partidas incluiu 1.529.100 residentes, dos quais 1.061.800 eram turistas e 467.300 excursionistas. Segundo a consultoria CEPEC, no primeiro trimestre de 2026, o turismo emissivo gerou gastos de US$ 1,8436 bilhão, contra US$ 882 milhões do receptivo, resultando em uma saída líquida de quase US$ 1 bilhão.

O CEPEC alertou que, embora o turismo receptivo esteja crescendo, ele não compensa as saídas de argentinos, atuando como um canal significativo de evasão de dólares que pressiona a balança de pagamentos.
