Cyberabad SHE Teams conduct 127 decoy operations

Cyberabad SHE Teams carried out 127 decoy operations from July 10 to July 17, apprehending 20 persons and booking 31 petty cases. The Teams also rescued 190 children under Operation Muskaan.

The Cyberabad Police’s SHE Teams conducted the operations over one week, leading to the arrest of individuals caught in indecent acts at public places. They received 32 complaints from women and provided counselling to offenders as part of preventive measures.

As part of the nationwide Operation Muskaan, the Cyberabad Anti Human Trafficking Unit registered 35 cases under the Juvenile Justice Act and Child Labour laws. This effort rescued 190 children, including 185 boys and five girls, from exploitation.

The Women and Child Safety Wing reconciled 33 marital disputes through family counselling centres. Additionally, awareness programmes on issues such as human trafficking, child labour, and cyber frauds reached 4,503 participants across Cyberabad.
