Djokovic uncertain about Wimbledon return after Sinner defeat

Novak Djokovic fell to Jannik Sinner in straight sets during the Wimbledon semifinals. The 39-year-old expressed interest in returning to the tournament at least once more. Sinner advanced to face Alexander Zverev in the final.

Djokovic lost 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 to Sinner on Centre Court. He said afterward that he was half a step late on every shot and that Sinner was a level better.

The Serbian added that he would like to play at Wimbledon at least one more time. He noted that he had not recovered fully from a five-hour quarterfinal win over Felix Auger-Aliassime.

Sinner created 13 break-point opportunities and will meet Zverev on Sunday. The Italian leads their head-to-head 10-4.
