Government processes resignation letters of three OJK commissioners

Prasetyo explained that the replacement process will follow applicable mechanisms, starting with the determination of resignations after a board meeting. OJK also appointed Hasan Fawzi as replacement for the Capital Market Supervision position. OJK's Head of Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Communication Department M. Ismail Riyadi affirmed that the appointments comply with OJK Board Regulations to maintain leadership continuity and consumer protection.
