Hikaru Nakamura wins Titled Tuesday on Chess.com

Grandmaster Hikaru Nakamura secured his 94th Titled Tuesday title on May 5. The win marked his first victory in the weekly Chess.com event since November 2025. He finished with a score of 10 out of 11 points.

Nakamura overcame an early loss in round four to claim the tournament by a full point. GM Sina Movahed took second place after defeating GM Jose Martinez in the final round. Nakamura had led briefly after round 10 and needed only a draw in the last game to secure the outright win against GM Amin Tabatabaei.
