The Corruption Eradication Commission questioned Board of Audit member Bobby Rizaldi on Thursday, 16 July 2026, as a witness in an alleged bribery case involving a changed audit opinion for Muara Enim district.
The questioning lasted nearly nine hours at the KPK’s Red and White Building. Bobby arrived at 10.00 WIB and left around 19.14 WIB. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said investigators examined alleged manipulation of audit findings that changed Muara Enim district’s financial statement opinion from qualified to unqualified.
Four other BPK officials were also questioned: Tuning Rahayu, Widhi Widayat, Wahyu and Adhony. The KPK said their statements were needed to complete evidence against the suspects.
Bobby stated he had provided all information requested by investigators. He said he supported the process so it could be completed quickly. The KPK affirmed the case would not affect its cooperation with the BPK.
